soulful & stunning, is just a few words to describe
this beautiful production. DJ Kawasaki’s first effort
on Nite Grooves is an exquisite form of quality
musicianship. Vocalist Karin brings back the jazz
diva vibe similar to that of Billie Holliday. Her
singing sits perfectly over Kawasaki’s beats while
Shinji Nakamura skillfully drops impressive organ
riffs which ties the track together flawlessly.
Shuya Okino (of Kyoto Jazz Massive fame) does an
exclusive edit of the dub on the logo side. We included
their superb instrumental on it as well. |
